If I was doing it i would run a twin and earth from the first light . That will give you a live and switched live return . Link the live across all 3 switches. Then use double insulated single to provide the switch Live return to the other 2 lights . Don’t forget normal ceiling roses can’t be used for surface wiring without using a round ceiling rose/batten holder surface ack plate .
